The A321-231 aircraft MSN 5418 successfully delivered to VALC

Five Japanese and German banks are joining together to arrange ECA financing source for these aircraft, among which the lead arranger is Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. The other 4 lenders are Bank of Tokyo Misubishi UFJ, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, Kfw Ipex-Bank Gmbh and Aka Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft M.B,.

The sixth A321-231 aircraft is expected to be delivered by the end of December 2012.

VALC has been established since 2007, the Company had signed lease agreement for 5 ATR72-500 and 10 A321-200 aircraft with Vietnam Airlines. In 2010 VALC had successfully taken delivery of the 5 ATR72-500s and leased them all to Vietnam Airlines.
