- Competitive Bidding Assets:
Sale for a batch of 10 (ten) A321CEO-231 aircraft (MSN 5251, 5275, 5306, 5340, 5385, 5418, 5438, 5456, 5495, 5555) with transfer of Aircraft Lease Agreements. Total cost of 10 A321CEO-231 aircraft at the time of purchase (2012/2013) is USD 695.092.627,67. The aircraft is being leased to Vietnam Airlines by VALC. Aircraft are sold according to specifications and conditions precedent specified in the Request for Proposal.
- Time for issuing the Request for Proposal and receiving the Proposal:
- Time for issuing the Request for Proposal: from 18 February 2025 to 05:00 pm on 24 February 2025 (Hanoi time) at VALC headquarters or via email. The issuance fee is USD 1.000 or its equivalent in Vietnamese Dong (VND) based on the USD/VND selling exchange rate for bank transfer provided by Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC., listed on the transfer date.
- Time for receiving the Proposal: The Proposal must be in a sealed envelope (with a sealing signature at the adhesive edges of the envelope) and sent via express mail to VALC headquarters from 18 February 2025 to 09:30 am on 10 March 2025 (Hanoi time) or sent directly to VALC headquarters from 18 February 2025 to 09:30 am on 10 March 2025 (Hanoi time).
- If being received by VALC after 09:30 am on 10 March 2025 (Hanoi time), the Proposal will seem to be invalid.
- The time, date and place of the Receiving Session of the Proposals:
- 10:00 am on 10 March 2025 (Hanoi time) at VALC headquarters.
