VALC successfully held the Annual Shareholders Meeting 2008

On 6th, May 2008 in Hanoi, Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Joint Stock Company (VALC) held the Annual Shareholders' Meeting 2008. Participants included are individuals and organizations shareholders represent for more than 97% of the total shares of VALC.
 
The meeting discussed and approved the following issues:
- The operation result of the year 2007 and first quarter of 2008.
- The business plan of the year 2008;
- The charter capital raising plan for the year 2008;
- The plan of paying remuneration to the members of the Board of Management and Board of Supervision;
- Board of Supervision's Report on the Company’s administration of the Board of Management and the Chief Executive Officer.
- The Report on amendment, supplement of the Company’s Charter;
- Introducing and electing 01 more Board of Management member;
- Approving the replacement of a Board of Management member and electing the new Chairman of the Board of Management.
