- Pursuant to the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly of Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

- Based on the Resolution of General meeting of shareholders in 2023 No. 06/NQ-VALC-ĐHĐCĐ dated 30 October 2023;

- Based on the Resolution No. 42/NQ-VALC-HĐQT dated 30 October 2023 of the Management Board on electing Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Management Board of VALC in term IV (2023-2028);

- Based on the Resolution No. 45/NQ-VALC-HĐQT dated 30 October 2023 of the Management Board regarding the appointment of the President & CEO of VALC;

- Based on the Business registration certificate No. 0102384108 dated 08 October 2007 issued by Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment and its 16th  amendment of VALC dated 02 November 2023,

Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Company is pleased to announce the change of Chairman, President & CEO and the Legal Representative of the Company as follows:

1. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga has been elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Management Board of VALC to replace Mr. Tran Thanh Hien from 30 October 2023.

2. Mr. Luu Minh Chung has been appointed as President & CEO of VALC to replace Mr. Nguyen Duc Lien from 01 November 2023.

3. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga – Chairman and Mr. Luu Minh Chung – President & CEO are 02 Legal representatives of VALC from 02 November 2023.
