ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO MR. NGUYEN DUY VIEN

Dear Sirs/Madams,

This letter is to inform you that VALC has recently promoted Mr. Nguyen Duy Vien, previously the Executive Vice President - Finance to our new President & CEO.

Mr. Pham Trung Hieu, our former President & CEO, following the Decision of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC. (BIDV), will come back to take new mission at BIDV.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Vien has been working for VALC since its establishment in 2007  as Director of Planning & Investment Department in charge of project financing, business planning and strategy. In 2009, he was appointed as Executive Vice President – Finance of VALC and holding that position until recent promotion.
